个人资料 头像上传 功能已经修复

正奇怪为什么最近的用户都没有头像。。。原来是程序出问题了。赶紧修复了问题，同时做了小小的ajax改进。

在此致歉。有头像的同志们要上传啊，设计者栏目只显示有头像的:)
